This exercise is very relaxing. The tone of the speaker, the background music and the instructions are easy to follow and make it easy to relax. It's interesting to actually feel the warmth in the hand and palm and my arms actually felt heavy. At the end of the exercise, I can tell that my body is more relax and not as stress as I was earlier. The power of suggestion can be powerful.

ReplyDeleteI really agree with you. The two things that made it really easy to relax were his tone of voice. It was very light and airy. Also the music was slow and shallow sounding. It definitely made a difference with how I felt from before and after.
I also found this exercise to be very relaxing after my laughing episode (I'm very sarcastic!). I swore I could feel the blood moving to my hands and feet as suggested by the man in the audio. I really feel that we can train our bodies to do different things if we work on it. I don't know if it was in my head or I really experienced this but the feeling was weird. lol I agree that the power of suggestion is powerful.
